How to retrieve emails from the student portal
When we send you email notification we also store the messages on your students portal. Details on how to retrieve emails can be found below:
1. First login to your student portal at http://www.nextstepbeauty.co.uk/login (Your username and password was sent to you when you joined the course, if you do not have these your username will be your email address and you can reset your password here: https://www.nextstepbeauty.co.uk/booking/pwreset.php)
2. Once you are logged into the student portal click on the "My Emails" button in the menu. (You can also visithttp://www.nextstepbeauty.co.uk/booking/clientarea.php?action=emails once logged into the system)
3. All of the emails sent to you can now be found on this page. To see an email simply click on the subject title and the email will open in a new window.
